Scheduled maintenance

Manufacturer-aligned service intervals with fluids and filters selected to match your vehicle's specifications, not the cheapest option on the shelf. We maintain a service history for every vehicle so interval reminders are accurate and we can identify patterns before they become failures. Factory-recommended services are explained against your actual mileage and driving conditions.

Brake & suspension

Measurement against manufacturer specifications, a written recommendation with urgency classification, and installation with torque specs verified and a post-repair road test documented. We photograph brake lining thickness and rotor condition before and after so you can see what was replaced and why. Lifetime warranty on brake hardware installed by our shop.

Engine diagnostics

Scan-tool analysis, wiring diagram review, and root-cause repair — not a pattern of replacing sensor after sensor until the light goes off. Diagnostic fees are credited toward the repair if you authorise the work within five business days. We explain findings in plain language before any repair begins and document the diagnostic path so there are no surprises.

Pre-purchase inspection

Independent report for buyers with photos, measurements, and a severity ranking for every item found — so you go to the negotiation table with data. Inspections are not influenced by the seller or the dealership because we have no financial relationship with either party. Reports are delivered in writing the same day in most cases.

FAQ

Do you work on all makes?

Most domestic and Asian imports. European specialty work is scoped per model — call us with the VIN and describe the concern and we will tell you honestly if it is within our capability or better handled by a marque specialist.

What is your warranty?

We provide a limited warranty on parts and labour, with terms printed on every invoice. Warranty repairs are scheduled within one business day of your call and completed without charge if the original repair failed. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through and documented.

Loaner or shuttle?

A shuttle to a local destination is included when you have a scheduled appointment. Loaner vehicles are limited — ask when booking if a loaner is required and we will confirm availability before your appointment day.

How is your pricing set?

Labour is based on published times for each job type — you pay the standard time regardless of whether our technician is faster or slower. Parts are priced at our cost plus a margin disclosed on request. We do not charge a supply fee or shop fee on top of the line-item total.
