Ready Bay Dock services domestic and import vehicles with ASE-certified technicians and parts from suppliers with traceable provenance. You receive a digital inspection report with photos or video of flagged items, a written estimate that separates parts from labour, and a warranty document at pickup — not a summary of what was done after the bill is printed.
We do not recommend repairs you do not need. If a repair can wait without affecting safety or causing accelerating damage, we say so and note it on the inspection for your next visit with a priority rating. Advisors are trained to explain conditions in plain language, not to upsell — and technician pay is not tied to repair volume.
